These terms are an agreement between you and GLO ("we") covering the GLO iOS app and this website. By using GLO you accept them. If you don't agree, don't use the app. Questions: support@theglo.app.
GLO uses AI to score photos of your face and outfit and to suggest grooming, styling, and habit tips. The scores are AI-generated estimates for motivation and fun. They are opinions of a model, not measurements, not facts about you, and not a judgment of your worth.
GLO is not medical advice. It is not a dermatologist, a doctor, or a mental-health service, and its tips are general cosmetic suggestions. For anything concerning your skin or health, see a qualified professional. If scores or comparison features are affecting how you feel about yourself, please stop using the app and talk to someone you trust.
You must be at least 13 to use GLO. If you are under 18, use it only with a parent or guardian's permission.

Scans consume real processing resources, so the app enforces scan limits for each plan. Don't try to get around them, automate requests, probe our backend, or use another person's photo without their permission. Scan yourself — that's the point.
The leaderboard is optional and pseudonymous. Choose a display name that isn't offensive, misleading, or someone else's. We may rename, hide, or remove entries and block access to the board to keep it usable for everyone. Scores on the board come from our servers' own records of your scans, not from anything a client submits.
Your photos remain yours. You give us the limited permission needed to process them — sending them to our AI provider to generate your scores and tips — and nothing more. We don't store your photos on our servers, publish them, or use them for anything except producing your results (see the Privacy Policy).
The app, its design, text, scoring system, and branding belong to us. Don't copy, resell, or build derivative services on them without permission.
GLO is provided "as is." AI output can be wrong, inconsistent, or unhelpful, and we don't guarantee any particular result, score, accuracy, or availability. To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, and our total liability to you for any claim connected to GLO is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.
You can stop using GLO at any time; the delete option in Settings erases the app's data from your device, and leaving the leaderboard removes your entry from our servers. We may suspend or end access for accounts that break these terms or abuse the service.
These terms are between you and GLO, not Apple. Apple has no obligation to provide support or maintenance for the app and is not responsible for any claims relating to it. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you.
We may update these terms as the app evolves. We'll update this page and its effective date, and call out meaningful changes in the app. Continuing to use GLO after a change means you accept the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where the law of your country of residence necessarily applies.
